These terms explain the free plan, TRACE Pro subscription, cancellation and responsible use of the service.
01 / Service operator
TRACE is currently offered as a free public beta from Madrid, Spain. Opima Studio SL is the intended operating company and is completing its business setup. Product, billing and legal questions can be sent to hello@tracereader.app.
02 / Plans and trial
A new account receives 14 days of TRACE Pro without entering payment details. After the trial, TRACE Free includes 10 Full Reads per calendar month. Hover previews and the color eyedropper remain unlimited. A paid subscription begins only when you explicitly choose a plan and confirm payment in Stripe Checkout.
03 / TRACE Pro billing
TRACE Pro billing is not active while business verification is being completed. When enabled, TRACE Pro is planned at US $1.99 per month or US $19.99 per year. Stripe will show the final amount and available payment methods before confirmation. Subscriptions will renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. We may change prices prospectively, but will give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a new price applies.
04 / Cancellation and refunds
When billing is enabled, you will be able to cancel from the secure Stripe billing portal available in TRACE. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a billing error. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
05 / Acceptable use
Use TRACE only on pages and materials you are permitted to inspect. TRACE explains visible implementation details; it does not grant rights to copy proprietary designs, licensed fonts, images, video or other protected work. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, disrupt websites or violate applicable law.
06 / Availability
TRACE is provided as an evolving design tool. We work to keep it reliable, but browser restrictions, website changes and third-party services can affect particular reads. We may improve, suspend or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects a paid plan.
